Here at Elsa Arbitman Agency, I work part-time as the office manager overseeing office operations and other operational issues that arise daily. I have over 40 years of insurance claims experience which included managing teams of employees throughout the entire northeast area. During my full-time career, I obtained two bachelor degrees, in business management and in insurance. Along with my extensive claims background, I also have considerable experience in construction which enables me to provide our customers with quality advice in making sound decisions both with filing a claim and working with claims adjusters.
